2 pounds of dressed whitefish
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 cup of cornmeal
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
Fat for frying

Salt the fish and dip in eggs, then coat with the mixture of flour, cornmeal and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
