Applesauce Coffee Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 can applesauce
1/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Grease Bundt pan. Coat pan with 1 tablespoon of sugar mixture. Combine cake mix, eggs and applesauce; mix together. Pour 2/3 batter into Bundt pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture and cover with rest of batter. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF. for 35-45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.

Applesauce Coffee Cake

1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of applesauce
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of raisins (optional)

Oven at 375ºF. In a bowl combine 3/4 cup flour and the sugar; cut in butter. For topping remove 1/2 cup crumb mixture, stir in nuts and cinnamon. Set aside. To remaining crumb mixture add remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda, add eggs, applesauce and vanilla; beat until well blended. If desired, stir in raisins. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle topping on batter. Bake at 375ºF. for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm. 

Applesauce Coffee Cake

1 package of yellow cake mix
15-16 ounce jar of applesauce
3 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine cake mix, applesauce and eggs; mix well. Blend sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Grease Bundt or tube pan; coat sides of pan with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Shake excess out. Pour half batter and sprinkle rest of sugar-cinnamon on top. Add rest of batter. Bake 35 minutes
