Preheat oven to 350ºF. Wash, chop and steam greens for 5 minutes, using only the amount of water which clings to them after being washed. Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Grind almonds in blender. Combine almonds, crumbs, wheat germ, eggs, greens, sautéed onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pack into well-oiled 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Serve either hot or cold.
