Marinated Charcoal Chicken

1 cup of Italian dressing
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of sherry
a dash of Worcestershire sauce
lemon juice to taste
salt and black pepper to taste
two 2 1/2 pound broilers, quartered

Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken in a deep bowl. Add the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, turning occasionally. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on grill over low colas. Cook until tender, turning and basting with the marinade. Makes 8 servings
