Crusty Chicken Wings

18 to 24 chicken wings or drummettes
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
2 teaspoons of curry powder

Disjoint chicken wings into 3 pieces. Freeze wing tips to use at a later time for soup. Brush the remaining wing pieces with oil. Combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and curry powder in a plastic bag. Add 6 wing pieces at a time, shake well to coat evenly. Repeat the process until all of the wing pieces are well coated. Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Place the chicken in a large baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken is crusty outside and tender inside. Serve hot. Serves 10 to 12
