Remove the chicken meat from the bones and cut into bite size pieces. Alternate chicken and peppers on skewers. Place kebabs in shallow bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, blending together well. Pour over kebabs and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat broiler or heat coals in outdoor grill. Broil kebabs for 10 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Baste occasionally with marinade. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 4
