Remove the skins from game hens. wash and pat dry. Combine the cornflakes, tarragon, thyme, pepper and paprika. Dip the hens in milk mixed with garlic powder then in cornflake mixture. Place on rack in roasting pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375ºF for 40 to 50 minutes or until done. Cut in halves. Serves 8
