| Mushroom Gravy
2 tablespoons of sesame oil 1 cup of whole wheat flour 2 onions, diced 3/4 cup of soy tamari, or shoyu sauce 6 cups of mushrooms, sliced 6 to 7 cups of water
Heat oil and sauté onions and mushrooms. Mix the flour with water. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring often, then simmer uncovered over medium heat for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. |
