| Barbecued Sweet Potatoes (1.5 Pts)
2 tablespoons of ketchup, plus 2 teaspoons 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 pound of sweet potatoes, pared cut into 1/4" slices |

Prepare grill for a medium fire. In small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and pepper; mix well. Brush potato slices on both sides with ketchup mixture.
