| EagerToRead.com - Beef Recipes - Flank Steak Marinated in Beer 1/2 cup of corn oil Mix together the corn oil, beer, lemon juice, garlic, salt, bay leaf, thyme and pepper. Trim the excess fat from flank steak; place in a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over meat; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight turning several times. Place steak on rack in broiler pan or grill; baste with marinade. Broil or grill 3 - 4 inches from heat 16- 20 minutes, turning once. Serves 6 |
